JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Product Development as per Customer Requirements
Receive order information and store it.
Prepare sample specifications.
Check raw material sources and review previous information.
Design formulas and develop experimental plans.
Perform experiments and report results.

2. Sample Raw Material Testing
Receive samples from suppliers and store them.
Identify testing requirements.
Review datasheets and analyze the test samples.
Develop formulas for test samples.
Coordinate with the Planning/Production department to schedule sample runs.
Create a plan document and send it to relevant departments.
Run samples (blow, print, cut, etc.) and check properties of test samples.
Prepare test reports and store the test results.
Publish test results to stakeholders.
Prepare reports.

3. Product Improvement (Quality, Cost)
Identify products that need improvement.
Evaluate the current status of the product.
Determine areas that need improvement.
Develop an improvement plan.
Prepare machinery and raw materials.
Implement the plan.
Report and evaluate the improvement results.

4. Product Development Based on Company’s Strategic Direction and Market Demand
Identify products to develop.
Collect market information for the new product.
Collect technical information for the new product.
Develop an improvement plan.
Prepare machinery and raw materials.
Implement the plan.
Report and evaluate the results.

KNOWLEDGE & SPECIALIZATION
University degree in Polymer, Chemistry, or related field.
In-depth understanding of raw material characteristics, product properties, and features.
Knowledge of how to test product characteristics.
Understanding and troubleshooting formula issues during the film extrusion process.
Proficient in operating extrusion machines.
Familiarity with equipment for measuring product properties.

LANGUAGES
Good command of English.

REQUIREMENTS
Male/Female, aged from 26.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong understanding of raw material characteristics.
Understanding of product properties and features.
Ability to test and analyze product characteristics.
Ability to handle formula issues in the extrusion process.
Proficient in operating extrusion machines.
Skilled in using product property measurement equipment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills.
