Recruitment for QA/QC DEPARTMENT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage and oversee the QA/QC department activities
Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC processes within the company to ensure that all products comply with quality standards.
Plan and supervise quality control from input (raw materials, components) to output (finished products).
Manage the QA/QC team, assign tasks, train, and develop team members.
2. Develop and maintain quality standards
Establish quality standards for raw materials and plastic packaging products, ensuring consistency and meeting customer technical requirements.
Regularly review and improve quality inspection processes and methods to enhance work efficiency and product quality.
Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and safety and environmental regulations.
3.Monitor and perform product quality testing
Oversee the entire production process to detect early product defects and take timely corrective actions.
Identify key quality indicators and conduct regular and random inspections of product batches.
Resolve issues by coordinating with the production department to determine the root causes and provide improvement solutions.
4. Manage quality documentation and records
Store and manage quality inspection records, inspection reports, quality reports, and other documents related to QA/QC activities.
Provide regular reports on product quality, quality issues, and corrective actions to management.
5. Handle product quality complaints
Address customer complaints regarding product quality, analyze causes, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues effectively.
Propose and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring quality issues.
6. Improve and innovate quality control processes
Suggest improvements in production processes to minimize risks and increase productivity while maintaining product quality.
KNOWLEDGE & SPECIALIZATION
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, Quality Management, or related fields.
LANGUAGES
Good command of English.
REQUIREMENTS
Male/Female, aged between 30 and 45.
At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing companies, preferably in the plastics industry.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, etc.) and quality inspection methods.
Leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work under high pressure.
